Thanks for the well organized holiday. The hotel and the room was very good. I have no complains at all. Hamilton Island was perfect. Thanks for re arranging our flights as well. Fairly good service. Not happy that massages included in our package were not easy to access and therefore virtually worthless.

Very good service. The deal was best offer. Other agencies couldnt match price. So very happy with the deal we got. As we were heading into Cyclone Kenni when we arrived there were lots of delays. 3 n half hour wait to get luggage off plane so we missed our boat connection. But eventually got last boat leaving port as they had to cancell all other departurs due to weather. As this was the case boat trip took 3 hours instead of the 40 minutes in very ruff conditions. Then the connecting smaller boat to get to island as no jetty broke down so we had to
be rescued. On the Monday we were in lock down in the restaurant because of the cyclone. We laugh about it now but was stressful at the time. Def out of your control ... had a happy ending. The island was so lovely.
Definitely a place to go and chill and the Treasure Island people are beautiful people. Always there to help. Definitely heading back there in the future. Looking forward to your next deal there.

1st time user but totally impressed with the experience

I was nervous about booking through an online travel agent as I had never done that before. However all went very smoothly, my emails were replied to if not by Claire who I booked through initially, by someone else. Communication is the number one priority for us and of course value for money. We would certainly book through you again, and recommend you to others. We look forward to our next holiday experience!!

Good service

Great value deal we received as we were traveling with friends.

After booking with travel online I realised I had made a mistake and booked an extra two spa treatments in addition to the two already included. I phoned three times and emailed but no one ever got back to me. I commented on a Facebook post and received a reply straight away. My spa treatments were removed.
The package was excellent value, flights were at civilised times, hotel was great, inclusions with the package ( spa treatments and community tour) were fabulous, food was very good and the transfers were easy. On the way back to the airport we were the only travellers. The driver was friendly but he answered his mobile a few times which was a bit scary. Drivers need Bluetooth.
