There was a problem with our accommodation package. I rang Travelonline and they immediately rectified the problem. It was to know reassuring to know that assistance was only a phone call away. This is the second time I have used Travelonline and will continue to do so.

Great to deal with, had a great holiday, flights, hotel and tours were organised, made everything quick and easy, would recommend this company to anyone wanting a holiday.

Efficient and friendly service. We had to make some changes to our booking which was not a problem. Our transfers between the airport and the hotel were on time with clean vehicles and friendly drivers.

Service was excellent. Staff responded well and in ampt detail.
There is need to improve website in terms of pictures. The room type should have pictures rather than combined pictures. It was confusing when we reached hotel. Room was not same to pictures and hotel staff advised that pictures are of different room.

Overall happy with service. Will investigate more while booking next time.

We would definitely use travelonline.com again. Our trip was excellent and the advice we received was spot on. The only problem, albeit very minor, was we did request a seat allocation and children’s meals for the flights 6 months prior and it appears this was missed. There were no dramas as we were all seated together anyway. I will be recommending this company to my friends and relatives.

I would use Travel Online again and again. The service was great. Not one issue or hiccup during the whole trip. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing it was such a smooth trip. I have been and will continue to recommend travel online to everyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful service.

All info was provided & accurate. Sight delay in replying to a request however it was addressed. Received comms from multiple agents, not just Holly so feedback is based as an overall.

Everything went as planned except for the transfers which had not changed from our earlier booking details. Was easy enough to sort out. Overall great service

Some confusion on the final docs as the flights before any schedule changes were still being displayed making the transfer itin confusing to read.

The service we received was great. All of our requests/enquiries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We have no hesitation recommending your service to family/friends; in fact we have already done so.

Service was great. Being able to tailor your holiday to your own specifications was great however the only downside was that we chose a holiday package but had to wait to be told if it was available and then the prices increased. It would be better if when you booked it was automatic. Other than that I would definitely use this travel provider again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and co workers etc.

No problems at all. Very easy to deal with and website was easy to navigate. Have used them a few times but always end up with a room where you need to pack a picnic to go anywhere in the resort. Room always is the futherest away from everything. Not sure why that always happens to us.

Lisa was very prompt in answering any queries re planning our trip. All of our e-tickets etc arrived ahead of time and were complete and accurate. The whole trip was very enjoyable and stress free! Thank you Lisa.
One concern was our inability to confirm seat allocations online ahead of the flights - we now understand that seat allocations on code share tickets (ie Virgin/Singapore) cannot be booked online or by phone. This is a problem as my husband is a large man who prefers an aisle seat for his and others convenience. Clients need to be made aware of this please.
Another issue was the driver from Buffalo Tours sent to take us to the Penang airport for our return flight - he had a very bad cough - and hence we now both have coughs! Most unfortunate end to a really great holiday well organised by Lisa.

Service Wasn’t too bad but difficult to confirm accomodation white water rafting in Bali waste of time as it was in a creek side of rice fields
Otherwise very good value for money far better than the hotels website

Kelly was amazing! I had a question about my booking while o was overseas and she was prompt and really informative.
