Our travel agent Jodie was always very helpful throughout the whole process. Keeping us up to date with any changes and making sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend travel online as it was cheaper when booking accommodation than other websites and offer great deals.

I booked accommodation and transfers through TravelOnline, and even changed dates for the accommodation once or twice. Up to this point, everything was easy and there was never an issue. Everything was done through email which was convenient. Usually when travelling, I book it all myself so I have no idea why I used the service. But anyway... I did.

We fly into Krabi and we have our sick daughter with us. There was no vehicle to pick us up. Fortunately, it's cheap and easy too get transport. What is very annoying is we paid an absolute premium for transfers. I knew this when purchasing the transfers but I thought I'd do it for the convenience and peace of mind. And flying in with a sick child, I was SO glad I had booked the transfers. But there was no car there. We waited. We asked around. Nothing. Then we caught a cab.

I contacted TravelOnline who refunded my money and also gave us our transfer back to the airport at the end of our holiday. So although at the time I wasn't happy, I was happy that I had no issues getting my money back. And I was happy they gifted me a free transfer back. Very fair.

I would have given 5 stars if this one mistake didn't happen

We loved how Cecilia was able to organise everything with such short notice, offering us different options when the one we chose was not available.

I've used Travelonline twice now and found the website so easy to use, easy payment plan, great deals & helpful staff when I asked questions. Will definately use again ;)

Excellent service as always. Answered any queries quickly. Have used travel online for all of our holidays and had no problems at all. Great to see now that you can pay by pay pal..
