We have used Travelonline a number of times now and will definitely use them again. We have also recommended to family and they have also used them with no problems. We like that you can easily phone a consultant to discuss travel arrangements and this has always been efficient for us. The automatic quotation system is good but nothing is perfect. Flights are not always what you might want but a phone call quickly rectifies this. What I would like to see is a drop down box where you can include your frequent flyer details & numbers when you choose to book flights.

Travel Online did a great job with all the ticketing and transfers. Our taxi met us at the destination and we were picked up and returned to the airport on our leave date, but exit to Phuket was not as good as the entry, our exit driver did not provide water or the towel. This did not concern us but you should note what is being sold is being provided by your service provider.
Also a little miffed that on the day before we left I contacted the Phuket office for the booking of the half day tour which I was advised should be available and I was to be contacted on the Friday morning by Grace.
This meeting with Grace was disappointing as we were told that it was not available to us and other arrangement were to be made, we ended up on a trip on Monday which was 3 days into our trip and still not orientated with the island or where and how to get round.
Please note that we ended up on the extended tour which was 6 hours with a lunch but this was not until we were on the trip that this was evident, thanks for the upgrade.
I believe we were also offered trips that were way over priced and that we we able to discuss at a tourist centre not 200 metres from the Hotel.
Travel On Line have great opportunity to sell more services at reasonable rates by offering a full service and some one who has a better understanding of the language and what the island has to offer, not just list rates with a 1000 baht discount.
I believe the trips that we booked were not the cheapest on the island but we were provided with service and recommendations and the person was able to offer us alternatives as several of our selections were not available due the end of season.
With our 12 years of being in the tourism industry, we always found that people want information and good service with recommendations and I think that Travel on line may have further opportunities with the right people at the destinations.
Sorry, Grace did not do it for us.
In closing, all up Travel On line was exemplary with the bookings and we apologies for emails contact at our departure but we had experienced email issues with our big-pond account.
Thanks for your help and we will keep Travel On Line in mind for our next overseas travel.

Easy to use and helpful service. Will use again. I would recommend to others.

Liked - everything was done for us, flights, Seats, accommodation and emails were replied to in good time. All went smoothly on our trip.

Not Like - only minor, kids meal was not booked on both flights

Everything was seamless. Great communication from Laura. She even picked up that we would need to catch a water taxi back to the port instead of the ferry in order to connect to our flight home in time. I would definitely book with TravelOnline again and recommend them to friends and family.
