You offer competitive pricing that always comes through either on par or better than if I was to source my own quotes, but giving me the added comfort and confidence that I am being taken care of by a reputable business in the industry who can bundle everything together (flights, accommodation, transfers etc) into one package and can offer immediate assistance if I need anything else without me having to do the hard work. Where do I begin?
Stumbled across TravelOnline when I was searching best hotel price for our chosen hotels ( Holiday Inn Patong & Best Western Premier Bang Tao ) through various booking sights.
Cannot be any more appreciative to TRAVELONLINE! Firstly not only were their bed & breakfasts MUCH more economical than anyone else BUT they also offered bonuses, such as 2x 2hr massages, 4 hour Patong tour & return transfers.
SERVICE: Prompt email back as soon as we booked.
COMMUNICATION: Had a question to ask so rung and actually spoke to Holly, very professional and quickly answered my enquiry.
Close to travel a checklist sent for travel as well as vouchers to print off.
What I also love is that Travelonline is any Australian business right herein Qld, winning. So you pay in $A. Another wonderful aspect, if you find a deal then pay your deposit and pay off your holiday.

The Travel Online team made our family's first time trip to Fiji hassle and worry free. They answered all my questions no matter how silly and gave me advise on a few queries. From the flights to the the coach and boat transfers - the entire trip went perfectly. I can't explain how beautiful Musket Cove is and the people are super friendly and lovely. Holly was very good always prompt with her emails and when we requested a room on level 4 she put the request in to the hotel straight away would use Holly again to book my holiday. We have also booked with Holly for Phuket in October

Excellent high standard of service! Nothing was too much trouble & from the onset my holiday went smoothly even with a tropical cyclone tearing through my destination just weeks before travel. All queries were answered in a timely fashion & I was kept well informed at all times. Jodie even arranged a direct price match for me when my destination went on sale!
