Efficient and not invasive.

The customer service on Travel Online is the best I've seen. They have a travel consultant who looks after you as soon as you book. i had to extend my stay and my travel consultant (Lisa) helped organised the changes. I will use Travel Online again and will recommend to my family and friends.

Grace from My Phuket travel was very helpful in arranging tours to James Bond Island+, Phi Phi Island+, and Fantasea Cultural Show. On our last day we did the complimentary Big Buddha, Chalong Temple, Old Phuket Town tour - a fitting highlight to complete a most memorable holiday. We will certainly recommend TravelOnline to friends and family! Thanks again.

The resort itself needs some critical feedback for the food options. Many people were unhappy. Maybe new owners can make some improvements.
