Quick response and very helpful

This was our third overseas holiday booked with Travel Online and we are always super happy with their service. When we encountered a problem with our airline during an early morning (6am!) check in, were so impressed with the prompt response and Marleen's assistance in quickly getting us on to new flights so we could still make our holiday destination. Excellent communication and support in a very stressful situation!

We were quite apprehensive about using an online travel agent but could not recommend travel online highly enough. The local transport company they used were excellent and reliable and we loved their ethically responsible approach and helpfulness as well as the reasonable prices!

Travel online is an easy way to navigate the travel system and book a good value holiday.
They offer a great variety of options for travel and accomodation including upgrade options.
It is very easy to navigate the flight choices and pick one to accomodate your needs.
They are prompt with returning communicaton even whilst overseas.
My only other feedback would be that somehow you seem to be looked down upon and recieve less service from the accomodation as you did not book directly with them. This was only an issue with reception not with any other aspect of the holiday.

Everything was easy and it was nice to feel organised when we left for our trip. Service was great.

Great service with excellent communication

We booked a holiday which included an accommodation package, two transfers and a tour in Phuket. These arrangements made our holiday so easy. They were helpful, prompt, professional and well-priced. You can even call them and speak to a real person!
