I have booked with travel online for 3 years in a row. They are very helpful and their airport transfers in Bali are excellent. Even one year with an extremely delayed flight , the driver was there waiting. A great way to build your own holiday Transparent with costs . Prompt communication and delivery of travel docs .

We had a very smooth holiday booking experience. I was a little sceptical about booking all on line but contacted Nicole and she put my mind at ease.

Reviewing the quotes and confirming our itinerary was easy. Nicole was helpful and friendly.

Payment was easy and we promptly received a receipt.

All travel vouchers were emailed and in order.

On arrival at the Phuket airport, we collected our luggage and headed towards to exit, this is where we found our name for our driver and our hotel transfer was quick and comfortable.

On arrival at the accommodation, check in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, great location and the meals provided were excellent.

The lady (forgot her name) came the next day to book our included four hour tour and we booked other tours with her. She was easy to understand, very friendly and knowledgeable with tours on offer and the local area. It would have been helpful if she had mentioned dress code for the temples as we were not dressed appropriately to go inside.

Our booking experience and holiday was a huge success. We had an absolute blast and if this deal comes up again in two years, we would love to go again.
