Happy with the service all round, from the time I booked until our drop off back to the airport. Loved our driver who took back to the airport( Mike) He didn't stop talking until it was time to say goodbye. He was happy to answer any questions we had, talked about anything about the Thai culture, and loved anything we had to tell him about out country. Shame we didn't have for our 4 hour tour, we would enjoyed our time learning a few more things. Happy to book another holiday with your company.

I shopped around quite a bit before booking and Travel online gave us the best deal. It was quick & efficient. Everything was done by email. We had no issues whatsoever. At first I was a bit dubious about booking online but having read some of the reviews I felt more confident. I would definitely use Travel online again. I liked that this service made booking my holiday completely stress free. I looked around on many websites for different prices and quotes and travel online was significantly cheaper.
I was also worried about booking flights and transfers and purchasing insurance but conveniently you have the option to book everything as the one package if you choose to which was great. I thought everything was too good to be true and was waiting for something to go wrong but everything turned out to be perfect. Would definantly book with travel online for anything in the future. Thank you!

Clare was very easy, helpful, obliging and courteous to work with in our quest for late booking of a package to Hamilton Island ...our room in Reef View on floor 19(17) was amazing, I don't know quite how we were assigned this spectacular room and views.
She gave plenty of simple instruction and was helpful with hints and suggestions. I was totally reassured and confident that Claire had organised the booking and felt no apprehension or queries about the booking or process. I would be happy to book through travelonline and recommend to others.

Please note that the feedback form for the Cumberland Resort and Spa is not working for me. I was extremely happy with the service and amenities, and the genuine friendliness of the staff. The manager - Tema (Tima?) was absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and she made me feel very welcome. She provided very professional and high quality service.

Travel Online were very professional in arranging and keeping us up to date with our itinerary. With my aging brain I tried very hard to make this holiday a disaster, but the staff were just too good. Every time I made a mistake with dates or passport details they were straight on to it. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I usually do most of my holiday bookings myself, but in the future I will check in with Travel Online first. All the staff were very helpful, and I could not fault the professionalism of my consultant Cecilia Russell.
