We were very happy with the service we received from Travelonline. I was particularly impressed with the assistance and prompt attention that we received when we had an issue with our "checked baggage" Travelonline were extremely helpful and provided assistance immediately. I would definitely recommend your service to friends. PS. I personally will not by choice use JetStar again for an International Flight, from the beginning to the end we had nothing but disappointment with them.

Excellent service and very quick replies which was excellent.

There was some slight confusion with our tour vouchers once over there with the kids not included on same. However a minor distraction to what was an excellent and well organised holiday thanks to Alyssa.
