We just spent 8 days in Bali and it was amazing. The booking process was really smooth, I like the way you can build your holiday via the website adding and removing items accordingly. The travel online staff were also very helpful responding to requests quickly with the process being smooth from start to finish.

I will definitely be booking my next holiday here again.

I was unsure about booking online in case I was getting frauded as the deal I got was too good to be true being at least 30% better than anything else online or the Jayakarta Hotel direct. After paying $100 deposit I then saw the facebook page and felt a little more comfortable yet still was unsure so I rang the hotel in Bali direct and confirmed my booking. everything went to plan including the free vouchers for Splash Park. Thanks to Laura and everyone else who answered my email questions fast. definitely recommend travelonline.com to anyone

Convenient website and excellent first point of contact with assigned consultant who managed my booking. Was a wee bit disappointed in the mistakes made in the voucher for travel to/from resort with which required a fewt times of toing and froing. Could have just replied to keep me in the loop on the reasons for the delay in correction. It needed me to call in to enquire and the amended voucher came through within seconds! Good recovery though! Having said that overall I am satisfied with the service and will definitely do it again with TravelOnline - and yes again even with my consultant too!

Great service and value would definitely use again

Great, easy booking. Any questions I had were answered straight away and I appreciated being told about the upcoming tax increase in Fiji prior to our booking being paid in full. This allowed us to pay off the balance and therefore avoid the increase when it came in. Thanks Cecilia and everyone else at TravelOnline for a stress free booking.

The deals and rates on the web site not being "live" for booking was a little irksome. However everything that came after that more than made up for it. I have had a terrible experience with a travel agent previously so I was hesitant to use this service however I was impressed with their professional, helpful, reliable and prompt service and would definitely book through travel online again. Compared to a traditional travel agent this service offers great value, flexibility and effective communication.
