Hi Clare, we had a ball! Thanks so much for organising such a great package. My cousin and I used up the two massages on ourselves, the husbands played golf instead! It was a little bit more expensive for everything than we thought it would be. At the resort it was $8 for a bottle of water! So we went into the supermarket to buy all of ours. But apart from being expensive everyone was really lovely. It was very easy booking everything with you and we appreciated being able to call you and talk just like we would with a travel agent in our local town. Travelonline customer service was of high standards. Nothing I had requested or asked about was of any trouble, with replies very very prompt. Holiday package purchased (Ramada Bintang Resort Bali) was very good & up front with no hidden surprisers. A very big thank you to Amy for all she had done for us. Your service was great, quick to reply to questions. Everything went smoothly when we arrived. The only thing I would say is to let your clients know that they have to book a buggy at an extra cost to get around the island.
