Brilliant from initial contact to the follow through on our return. Alyssa (and the other ladies) were extremely accommodating with my changes before I finally decided on an option. All bookings went smoothly during our stay. Alyssa and others were a godsend when our flight home was cancelled due to cyclone zena. Alyssa rebooked our flight, accommodation and transfers quickly and then liaised with my partner in Australia do take payment. All this while I had intermittent internet due to the cyclone. Alyssa has also followed up a letter from virgin confirming our cancelled flight so I can claim insurance. I have recommended travel online to others and will continue to use them for my travels. Thank you for a stress free holiday despite cyclones!!

Very good service offering which was easy to follow and our consultant ensured that we were continually provided with the appropriate information we needed to ensure we had a stress and trouble free holiday.

All hotels and transfers were exactly as booked. That is all I can ask.

I decided to use travel online to book an overseas trip to Bali. I was a bit sceptical but found it so easy to use. All communication was done via email. We have flown there and back and had 10 days in Bali with not one hassle or error with the booking. Great staff and definitely will be recommended to family and friends.

Accomadtion was awesome and all our transfers were spot on ,there was no waiting around for our pick ups and the vehicles were all good quality.

Great service, have used before and would again. Just on our airport transfers, we wanted to find out what time they were picking us up from the hotel. We tried ringing the local number, as did the hotel for us, but the phone just rang out. Anyway it all worked out, they turned up and were very good.

Yes I would book with you again and recommend to others. I got stuck in Fiji due to closed roads; flooding and the expected cyclone zena. But got home safe last night - only 2 days delay. Can't wait to go again!!
