Second time round and once again you guys delivered not only cost wise but with everything else. Flights, accommodation and transfers all organised with no issues whatsoever with any of the providers, they received all our details. You officially will be my only travel providers moving forward. Our trip to Fiji was fabulous. We had the best time and a wonderful week. Our son, Micah Levy and his wife Leya, who you also arranged Castaway for, said it is the best resort they have ever been to. Leya, a Florida girl, could not believe the beauty of Castaway and the beautiful way in which the Fijians treated her and her baby boy.

Did your plan all work as sceduled - well nearly.....
The Virgin flight over was on time and OK. Our bags arrived so we were in a good mood when the TTF transfer loaded us and delivered us to Radisson Blu. Then the first change to the plan. An upgrade in room. We were overlooking the pools in a gorgeous room...

Next day after a pleasant trip to Castaway - and I did confirm with Southern Seas as instructed - we arrived to a Castaway welcome that Sherryl and I have experienced before. All new to Micah and Leya and they were very impressed - especially the way baby James was instantly taken care off by staff. Then the next change - yep an upgrade to a Beach Bure! Yeah.
Castaway has had improvements since our last visit. New kids pool, new bar and grill at the kids pool, main pool enlarged, osmosis water plant to provide fresh water... All good. What hasn't changed is the friendliness and the hospitality. The Bures are now air conditioned - so everything is just perfect.

The next change was another upgrade at the Radisson on the way home. Transfers All went well.
We even enjoyed the meal on the Virgin flight home!!!

Are we happy with what you put together?- very. We would love to do it again and we would love for you to plan another holiday for us in the future.

Everything ran smoothly - loved the pre-pay option and a small glitch with the payment at the beginning was promptly dealt with.

Jo was absolutely fantastic. Most accommodating travel consultant we have ever used. She went above and beyond our expectations on two occassions during this process - even staying back late at work to get an error on our behalf resolved. I can't speak highly enough of her service and in society today, where price competition is a given, customer service is what makes the difference. We look forward to booking through Jo in the future.

Service brilliant, accomodation didn't know how to organise massage for us or have the Fowlers or fruit basket for us as requested. But your company was brilliant.

Made booking very easy and would use again

The service provided was excellent. The only thing was even tho we requested rooms all together when we originally booked ( as there were 3 family's with small children travelling together ) at both resorts our initial rooms were no where near each other. Both resorts families had to move rooms, at both resorts it took a couple of days before we could change, which just made it inconvenient . Other then that every thing was great would go back & had a really relaxing time. Thank you Kasey
