Hi, we have just had a wonderful holiday in Fiji. Accommodation was excellent. We would definately use travel online again. The only thing we didn't like was that we got a 3 quote for accomadation for 10 people. Whilst double checking with flights & holiday leave, got back to you on day 3 & still clearly expected quote to be valid & honoured. Was not. Had to pay an extra $1000 which we were not happy about. As a business woman, if I give anyone a 3 day quote, it means have 3 days to take up that offer at that price. So this was a little disappointing. Could have made a difference, but in the end we didn't allow it to. But all else, was wonderful. Thanks Martha Trattos.

For this experience I could not fault travelonline. Everything was as expected and went without any issues. I will definitely use them again.

This was one of the most satisfying and successful online travel experiences I have had to date. The service and contact provided was excellent! We did not have one issue, problem, hiccup or mishap during the whole process and to do this without any additional contact or having spoken personally to my consultant once is just great.
All communication was clear, easy to follow and professional. There were regular emails to follow up, remind and provide additional info and instructions. It almost seemed too easy.

Great service and follow up

I was impressed with the service provided. My only concern was with the not so current information of accommodation availability on the website. It creates a logistic problem for anyone booking their own flights. On the upside, when after booking our flights it turned out that the accommodation was not available for all the nights we planned for the TravelOnline personnel did a fantastic job of finding us an alternative on Daydream island, including the transfers from/to Hamilton airport. Overall, we received a very good service, and had a wonderful break.
