You guys managed to get me a better price than I could with an industry discount going property direct- and you got me breakfast included daily.
Everything was so easy and efficient- a real one stop shop. And the efficiency was matched on the other end. Hotels and transfers were bang on time, check in and out at the hotel was seamless.
Would not hesitate to use you guys again and recommend to all and sundry.

When we decided to book a family Holiday to Fiji we looked online after visiting different travel agents and discovered Travel Online. We really appreciated how simple Travel Online was to select the different flights, resort and options and then a quote was emailed to us very promptly by Danielle.

Daniele was extremely helpful answering all our questions and also assisted us in modifying our flights to allow us to utilize frequent flyer points for one of the sections. We wouldn't hesitate to book again with travel online and have already recommend the website to family and friends.

The service received was good. Everything was booked in accordance to what we needed.

From the moment I began searching places for our Fiji getaway Danielle was more than helpful.
We booked 5 nights at 2 seperate resorts and Danielle helped linked the bookings to ensure all transfers were sorted from landing to leaving.

Was very informative and helpful in selling me the holiday. Unfortunately did not return my email when queried about visa requirements. Would consider booking again but only if available in NZ dollars - the $200 overseas charge on my credit card for booking in AU dollars was painful.

I was a bit hesitant to book at the start because we weren't used to booking a trip completely online without meeting anyone. So after a lot of research we took the plunge - and it was really fantastic! Clare was responsive, very helpful and answered all of our queries quickly. We pretty much booked months ago and then didn't think about it until the day before we left - so when we arrived and had such great service from the hotel, it was a really pleasant surprise and we felt very looked-after. Everything was great and we are very grateful to Clare and the TravelOnline team for their service.
