The organisation was excellent, both here and in Phuket. The communication was just right and so was the price. There were no hidden costs and the honest service in Thailand was great. I would recommend this service to family and friends.

the only thing that I was disappointed in was when I booked both trips for Brown and ourselves I stipulated that we wanted to have a late check out as flight was not until 10.45pm. when I confirmed with resort this was not done so we were in limbo from 11.00am until 5.30pm the resort as always was great the Brown booking and ours our rooms were on the complete opposite side of resort which was a bit annoying and could not be changed.

It was my first time booking a holiday on line, but must say I would most certainly do it again in a heartbeat, my consultant Lisa Scull was so very pleasant, made me feel like we have known each for years, it was the easiest holiday I have ever booked, and the outcome well just fantastic, I had a perfect enjoyable holiday, only thing I was sorry about was that my holiday came to an end, the flights were great too, very pleasant crew, food was super too, so YES I would recommend travel-online to anyone, (already have) well done Lisa and thank you very much.
