Service was great. I particularly liked how you weren't hounded by the staff trying to get you to lock something in. We were able to get our own quotes from the online tool and then given the time to think things through before settling on an option. The staff were always there for any questions, but did not constantly ring. Email reminders about payment were always sent in plenty of notice.

The team were excellent. I called and spoke with several travel consultants and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made the travel arrangemnets very easy for me.

Great packages, easy website to negotiate and prompt helpful service all the way. Would definitely book through Travelonline again.

I was the organiser of my parent's holiday and I appreciated the email from Joanna asking how my parents, Ryszard and Eva were getting on, as they'd not boarded the transfer from the hotel to the airport. I then called for more info and it wasn't a problem to find out.
Overall a very positive booking experience - we will definitely be booking with TravelOnline again in future. Thank you!

The three members of this party had a wonderful stay at the Patong Merlin. The trip went smoothly. The Thailand trip organizer was very helpful in advising us on tours and event available. All staff were friendly and helpful. TravelOnline did an excellent job of our booking. The location/room and facilities were excellent. We also met some very nice people along the way. We enjoyed the band each night, the Bistro and the restaurant at the rear of the venue.

Great service, quick responses to emails

Excellent service from everyone involved in my holiday. Particular mention of the driver who transferred me to the airport on 2/10 who tried to keep me calm during a very slow drive due to local protestors. He found a back waythat took longer but got me there. He also called the office who contacted Jetstar to advise them if the problem with traffic. All passengers made the flight which departed only 20 minutes late. I don't know his name but please again pass on my thanks. It was quite scary for a woman in her own.
