I had nil issues from first contact ,information & vouchers were forwarded very quickly, confimation and additional information arrived prior to leaving with nil need to chase anything up. One query I did have via telephone
was answered very efficiently and friendly
and we encountered no issues at all
once arriving in Fiji.

It was easy to book our holiday and contact was good. I had a concern about not receiving our vouchers and when I emailed, another consultant emailed them within an hour of emailing the company. Would definitely go again with the company which was recommended to us by our daughter.
