We just came back from our honeymoon last week and I could not be happier with the holiday we just had booked through travel online. At first I was a bit skeptical because I had never heard of them before and it's all online based. But I love the way you can build your own package and it's all such quality! We opted for the airport transfer option, but as there were no options to pick a company travel online picked one themselves and it was a great company and came with a great mode of transport and service. While we were on our holiday in Phuket we needed to contact travel online to change a flight booking to add meals and a comfort pack and they were only an email away and replied within a day and got advised us what we needed to do quite quickly. I will definitely be recommending travel online for any of my friends holidays and would be more than happy to book through this company again having had such a positive experience this first time! So thank you travel online for making the booking of our honeymoon an easy and relaxing experience.

She promptly responded to all emails and when we requested two changes to our booking she was fast to respond, provided all the relevant information (e.g. changes to price) and used her initiative to suggest options. I would definitely use Travel Online again on the basis of the service received from Amy - thank you!

Our experience with TravelOnline was easy and uncomplicated. We were notified regularly via email and on one occasion telephone of all that was needed and required from us. TravelOnline were easily contactable if we needed anything answered. We had no problems with our travel vouchers whilst we were away. Very happy with service provided. Any queries answered promptly and efficiently. Changes to booking were also processed without any fuss. We've tried a few known travel agents and experienced inadequate service so this is a perfect option if you don't want to go it alone and book independently on the web. Packages and inclusions were also very helpful to having a easy to enjoy holiday.

Was a little nervous to begin only really dealing with someone online, but couldn't have been happier. Our trip was well organised and went smoothly. Contact with our consultant was easy, and emails were promptly responded to. Would certainly use Travel Online again - the online option was good value for money and better priced than face-to-facetravel agents.

Everything about the service, from Emma Watts consultant, was efficient, helpful and informative. As we were a party (family members) of 8, the bookings were done separately, and very well co-ordinated to suit.
