Prompt service and replies to emails. I would book with you again and would recommend you. You were recommended to us by someone else.

I was very happy with the organisation of our holiday. My emails were always promptly acted on and replied to. I didn't have to worry about anything. Our flights, accom, and transfers were all on time - no scary surprises!!

The service I received was exceptional. All my question and changes were dealt with quickly and well.

Emma was amazing. I originally booked at one resort that was awful to say the least. I emailed Lisa and Emma. Lisa wasn't there so Emma went above and beyond to book me into Graceland resort. Very compassionate, very professional and I thank her so much. If she hadn't acted to my email quickly I would've stayed at an awful resort and would've had a terrible experience. I will be booking again next year and will be asking for Emma as she came to the rescue very promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.

We would recommend your services to anyone. The package arranged was sensational. Thank you, we will book again.

Cecilia did a wonderful job even adding to our accommodation after we had made our booking. Everything worked out really well and we had a lovely holiday, great weather, perfect location, great resort with only negative being our daughter getting sick right at the end!

All went exceeding smoothly. The booking details were correct (unlike other places) they did not even want to see a copy of my booking paperwork - always something I have trouble finding after a trip.

Hotel and booing process met / exceeded all expectations. This was my 10th trip to Bali so have learnt to expect a range of service levels. U Passha were certainly at the higher end of service quality.

Prompt service. Flexibility.Professionalism. What we asked for we got and everything went smoothly. I had a bit of concern when I saw on TV about people who had lost their trips because of travel agents who had not done what they should and especially as dealing with an online travel agent - but these fears were unfounded!

Can thoroughly recommend this travel agency....I have now booked three holidays with them; two of those being for our family of 10.
Not only is their bookings process straightforward no matter how complicated the booking may be, but this agency always provides well over a 100% in their service level. Nothing is too much trouble, all questions answered very promptly. As a customer their customer relationship is top notch, I feel treated more as a friend than just a booking.

I liked the quick service and that I got the best price on this accommodation through this site.
