Who'd have thought an online service could be better than doing business in person! This is the third time now I've used TravelOnline and on each occasion, the holiday has gone without a hitch. I particularly like that you can, if necessary, call up and speak to the person, but these occasion are usually only required when your requirements are atypical. I also like that the TravelOnline have the experience to pickup where you may have made a mistake and clarify before booking. I would thoroughly recommend the to friends and we already have our next vacation in the hands of TravelOnline.

It's the second time we have used travel online. Accommodation has been great - no issues at all. Had a slight issue with a 4-hour Phuket tour which was free with the accommodation at Centara Karon Resort, but this was eventually fixed. Would absolutely book with you again......and already recommend you to friends!
