I thought the service we received from you was outstanding. The quotes and booking were very prompt., and prices quoted very reasonable with no hidden costs. You also confirmed our bookings for us to save us an international phone call.and ordered car seats for our young boys.This was very much appreciated.

I think be good to say to clients unless you eat a very large amount the meal plan is not necessary and would probable cost less without it

Our holiday went without a hitch and we got some great discounts on our accommodation and a wonderful free treatment at Carr Day Spa in Seminyak which was fabulous! We had a wonderful time. The only hiccup encountered was being unable to contact the local Phuket mobile number to organise the free half day tour included in our package. We decided to email Cecilia Russell about this
and very much appreciate the very prompt response and professionalism in which it was handled. Everything was organised from her end and the confirmed booking: date and time of pick up etc was delivered to our apartment that day (by the way...the tour was excellent). I am so glad that I've used TRAVELONLINE for my special holiday to Bali. Joanna and her team were wonderful and accessible all the time. Even recent trouble with Vulcan ashes over Bali and a need for cancellation and rescheduled flights didn't spoil my precious holiday - of course because of Joanna' ability to fix the things and to calm me down. Great service from Clare. I was a bit hesitant at first to book through Travel Online as I'd never heard of them before but they are very prompt and saved us a lot of money. I booked half our holiday through them and the other half Expedia and saved $20000. The best Escape Travel and Flight Centre could do was $40000 so managed to get it for half the price. Clare was even able to arrange a refund when one person dropped out. Thanks Clare.

I found Travelonline to be the cheapest package I could find. They returned my emails straight away and were very helpful. I highly recommend booking a holiday through Travelonline and will definitely use them again. Thanks for looking after us.

My husband and came back from our first "alone- no kids " trip to Bali yesterday morning. The holiday was organised via TRAVELONLINE and we have nothing but praise for Joanna and her team.
