Fiona was fantastic and is undoubtedly an asset to your team. Her friendly manner, knowledge of the area and advice was fantastic and cannot be faulted. This was my first experience with an online travel agency and although dubious at first I have been incredibly impressed and will certainly be using again for my next holiday - hopefully with the amazing Fiona.

Efficient and so easy. We received a great rate for our accommodation. Very pleased.

This was a terrific package and overall value was great. The island was fabulous and our one bedroom unit outstanding. We were pleased we paid a little extra for the one bedroom unit. The only gripe, and a small one at that, was that we were unable to access our flight bookings online to print boarding passes. But Jetstar were great, baggage drop was excellent in Cairns on return and Jetstar staff helpful and pleasant. Overall our experience was terrific ... Thank you Travelonline for once again helping us with our holidays.
