Emma and Natalie did a great job assisting us booking, amending, amending and amending out plans. Nothing was too much trouble. While away Emma assisted me with a amending some travel for my daughter for which I am immensely grateful.

We have used this service a few times have recommended your web site to a number of my friends I like the idea of being able to plan my own holiday but not have the hassel of going to the travel agent and being charged also I can request what I want and know I will get it . I have had a holiday which was booked through a travel agent we were travelling as a couple when we turned up we had single beds the only thing we could do was upgrade very annoying and being a saturday afternoon we were not the only couple in that situation there was 5 other couples booked through same travel agent . Any way thank you so much our holiday it was fantastic

Service was good - only had one problem when we couldnt access the booking code thru Jetstar, but ended up ringing Jetstar to sort it out.

Great value for package - our package included meals, transfers and massages, and thought that was great value.

You almost made it too easy! I kept try to find the hidden costs or what else I might need to do but there was nothing. Excellent holiday packages covering everything we needed. Accomodaton, Food, Transfers Bus / Boats and Travel Insurance - all taken care of and no hiccups along the way.
