Great service from TOL well organised, transfers on time a great people. Hotel as described, only downside again for us was Batic air, if this were the only airline to choose from we would not book

Lisa was wonderful. We negotiated a longer stay at a comparable price, although the accommodation wasn't as top notch as previous visits to another resort. I was disappointed we didn't take up Lisa's original resort offer .. overall we made the most of the change.
