A very easy service enabling you to plan a special getaway. Staff are very pleasant to deal with and go to a lot of trouble to personalise your holiday plans. All good. No problems yes would use service again. Exemplar bus driver on way back to cairns was great pointing out landmarks giving commentary. Even saw croc basking in sun.

It was easy to book and I like the way it gives you all the options with the extras e.g. flights, travel insurance. You can customise your holiday to your needs. Definatley great value for money and the cheapest on accommodation than other travel agents.
