The service provided by travel online was surprisingly prompt. I booked online first thing in the morning and received a confirmation email and a phone call in less than an hour to confirm details and booking. The pricing I received was the best I could find anywhere on the internet for a luxury resort of this calibre. Thank You Travel Online!!!

Service was great. Our package was great value, and even though we had issues redeeming some of the inclusions in our package, one email to Clare and all was sorted. Thank you for contacting the hotel and resolving this so that we could enjoy the remainder of our stay. Very impressed with the service, and would definitely book through Travel Online again.

Easy service to use. All correspondence was answered promptly and saved us 50% on our trip to Fiji! And we got a room upgrade when we arrived so definitely weren't treated as second class bookings! Loved it, will be using it again!

Clare was very helpful and our trip to Melbourne went very smoothly and was very enjoyable. Will definitely use travel online again.
