Excellent service! Whilst the rest of the e forms I filled out for other companies would came back with a "sorry this hotel is now unavailable," Travel Online was easy and stress free. I will be using this service again. I appreciate that I could book our holiday one day and fly out the next.

We thought the entire experience was faultless. Service was exceptional, people were helpful without being overbearing. Breakfasts were very nice and always fresh.
Bus drivers too were very friendly and relaxed.
Would recommend the resort without a problem.

Terrific! Travelonline was fantastic to deal with. We got a fantastic deal and when we arrived at our destination everything was organised and our transport was there ready to go. Payments were easy to make and were always followed by a prompt email of notification. We will definitely use again and recommend to everyone!

Service from Clare was excellent, looked after all our needs and every thing in Thailand went to schedule did not have to worry about any thing. Booking aircraft, transfers and accommodation fantastic.
Cant say the same for Jetstar service which was none existant from Thailand to Melbourne. Buit its the only direct flight great plane let down by poor service.
