First time booking online so was slightly anxious, as going to Bali during volcanic ash flight disturbances, but holiday was great. No problems at all. Was pleased when I phoned with a question and spoke to lovely ladies in Brisbane not some call centre type of business. Will book through travel online again.

I had not heard of the agency prior to booking this trip. I would recommend using their services in the future. Booking was confirmed and all necessary documents sent on quickly. All queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently which made this part of our trip worry free.

Prompt, efficient service both before and after the transaction took place. What was particularly efficient was the response to questions about travelling to Bali during the volcano disruptions. The travel agents got back to us with answers within hours, excellent service. Reconfirmations were also very well taken care of.
