Everything about the booking was perfect. The communication from the person handling the booking kept me informed and up to date. The deal I got was amazing and included lots of extras. I would definitely recommend and use travelonline again without hesitation. They were great!

Could not fault

This was the first time I booked my holiday completely on line and I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went from the booking, to the flights and checking in there was no problems what so ever and I would highly recommend using this company again.

We had never used an online travel company before and weren't sure what to expect but we would certainly use the service again.
The initial website was fantastic- very easy to compare resorts and packages, adding in and removing transfers/meals, etc. Emma our travel agent was great- very prompt at returning emails and all bookings were confirmed within a very short period of time. Our trip was fantastic, all went as planned and all our expectations were met.

Everything went according to plan , we were told confirmation of our booking could take 24 hours , it took less than 2 and the price we paid for 3 nights at Crown Promenade was only slightly dearer than the best price we could get for 1 night during the same period , at the same hotel , and we had full use of all the facilities , great service , even better value , cheers
