You provide a great service and very competitive pricing. I would book through this service again and a number of my friends changed their booking in Melbourne after learning about the great deal I had secured. The online service and regular updates and reminders were great.

This was my first overseas trip so was very nervous and overwhelmed ! Then I found your website WOW what a relief my stress was gone. The prices on this site were excellent as opposed to other Hotel sites. Easy to navigate around the website and confirmation of booking and other details were emailed through immediately and reminders were sent etc to make sure we were organised. Thank you.

Lisa was extremely helpful when I was booking my accommodation and when I couldn't fly out to Bali due to my passport not being valid to enter Indonesia. I would book with Travel Online again and I would highly recommend to family and friends. My partner and I both loved our tour guide in Bali. His name was Wyon Yoga and he was excellent. He showed us around and gave us a lot of information. He spoke great English and we could understand him well. He was always happy and was very helpful to us while we were in Bali.

As someone who usually organises everything for overseas travel, I was surprised to find your site and that you provided value for money in your quote. I appreciated your assistance in our late change of plans and would definitely look at using your site again.
