I would like to thank the Team @ Travelonline as we were booked to go to Vanuatu not long after Cyclone Pam, the week before we checked with the resort and found that they were not going to be opened for business on the dates of our trip. i contacted Travelonline to advise them that i would like to change my destination to Fiji, the staff were extremely helpful, they checked the relevant flight details, accommodation refunds and reallocations and transfers, they were in contact with me in less that 6 hrs to advise me of any and changes to costs and to give me ample time and information to make a decision. I have used Travelonline 3 times now and have been happy with their service, this time they out did themselves!!! Thank you Danielle

I liked the way that I could pay a deposit when I booked the trip and could pay it off fortnightly and the final payment about 6 weeks before you go. not like other places where you have to pay upfront. I would book with you again. very happy with the service and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
