I was really happy with the service we received from Joanna. Especially all the support she gave when we wanted to change dates etc as we had seen some better flights and then had to change things back as they didn't work out. She took it all in her stride. She was also happy to liaise with Plantation Island Resort re: our room requirements making the whole process simple and smooth for us. We look forward to booking our next holiday with her.
