first time using this company. yes we did google. but they gave us a great price on the trip. much cheaper than going through a regular travel agent/shop. kristy was awesome. kept in touch. got it all sorted in quick time.. i would use them again in the future.

We recently booked a trip to Sunprime Kamala Beach in Phuket, Thailand through TravelOnline. We've used TravelOnline a number of times now, and once again we were treated to another one of their fantastic, great value packages for our holiday. The booking process is simple and clear, and our consultants were very responsive with any questions or concerns we may have had in the lead up to our holiday. Flights, transfers and accomodation are all taken care of and in our experience so far, are always very seamless. The bonuses included on this trip were a 4 hour sight seeing tour of Phuket, which we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as 2000 THB resort credit. The local affiliate who facilitated the tour was also able to book us some additional experiences while we were there.
I highly recommend booking through TravelOnline and we will most definitely be using them again in future.

What a great package! Everything delivered as promised. Only issue was staff at check in didn't have full knowledge off all of our inclusions so check in took a while to get all that sorted, but that wasn't the fault of travel online.
