Good easy to use web site

As mentioned the flight non inclusion of meal service was a disappointment as I did not realise this was the case but again not a deal breaker.
The information/pamphlets i assume you sent through prior to departure was a great value add as I did a lot of reading and research before getting there and so was so much more informed so thank you.
Palm Grove and the beach front property was unreal - both hubbie and I loved the position, the peacefulness, the cleanliness of the rooms, and their position on the beach. Thank you for the recommendation!

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Amy, I liked that she kept in contact with me even after I had booked my holiday, any questions I asked her she got straight back to me, this was the first holiday that I have booked online apart from accommodation overnight and I can say that I was extremely happy with the service. I was hesitant at first because I had never done this before and going overseas I felt a little hesitant but I can say that I made the best choice and that it is just the same as going to a travel agent except doing it over the internet and I think a little better service, only difference you don't see their face just emails back and forth. I have already recommended Travelonline to a friend and I am going to organise my next holiday for June this year my birthday to Port Douglas, so thankyou so much..

Overall the service was excellent apart from a couple of minor hiccups which were quickly remedied.
The suggestions and the travel arrangements were first class and with vouchers in hand it was a seamless operation.
Travelling through Air Pacific is not on par with other international airlines,but it is a short flight and economical.

The service recieved through travel online was outstanding! Rebecca was extremely professional and always got back to us in a timely manner. The properties that were recommended suited our needs and did not dissapoint... I wouldnt hesitate in recommending using them to anyone the whole process was seamless and the holiday was fantastic!!
