Love your emails, always looking for travel deals.(especially land content only). As I work in the airline industry I know there is a huge variation in the cost of hotels through various websites. When I found this one for Embassy Suites was happy as knew it was a great price, and unsure if was going to be available last minute. Spoke to Lisa she was friendly and helpful. She called back quickly informing us the package we were after was available for the right price. The whole process from my initial phone call to booking was simple. I enjoyed being able to generate quotes and compare hotels. It was quick and convenient. The prices were very competitive.
