The booking process was easy and everything we received was exactly as per the quotation, so no nasty surprises. Any additional queries I had were answered by your staff over the telephone. Took a little longer that stated to get our quote, but it was over the Christmas period so understandable. Everything was as it said it was going to be. The day spa voucher was fantastic, what a fabulous placid it was.
