Efficient service, all questions responded to promptly. Fantastic that the whole holiday was organised - flights, accommodation, dine round package and a complimentary evening sail. There were no issues at all with our booking and we knew what was included.

I would definitely make another booking with Travelonline. I found the service professional, prompt and courteous. There was good handover between consultants. Our transfers to and from airport, hotel, boat harbour, and resort were as planned and when we had to make a change because our boat transfer was cancelled the consultants at Travelonline were efficient in responding to our amended requests.

Travel Online was super efficient. Received all confirmations and vouchers in advance and confirmed all my bookings, despite other reviews. Our experience was a positive one.

Always easy to get a quote, confirm, pay and go on holiday! Way too easy!!! It would be nice to be able to not pay credit card fees and maybe receive discounts for frequent purchasers using travelonline.

We loved your service and would definitely book again. Your prices including airfares met our budget requirements. I loved the inclusion of transfers. daily breakfast, one two course dinner and massage. I Have already recommended you to several of my friends. Lisa was exceptional in the service she provided: emailing all vouches for all six of us.

Your serive was excellent and the vouchers worked really well. The only thing that I was unsure about was confirming our bookings 2 days out. I was not sure whether I could confirm with your company or had to deal with the motel and transportation themselves, either way I did not mind but some places do not have an email address and some people might not like ringing overseas. It would have been nice to have an email address for each area of booking. Otherwise everything else was fantastic and I would recommend you highly to my family and friends.

The service you offered was nothing short of brilliant. Absolutely no hassles with the booking process whilst keeping us regularly informed. Best of all the price we paid was by far the cheapest on the net even cheaper than booking through the hotel direct! My only criticism is the relatively difficult search in finding you guys on the net and therefore what you guys offer (rates/hotels etc). But once found it was well worth it certainly financially! Will most definitely recommend you guys to both family and friends and if you guys can offer the same rate for the same hotel next year I will definitely be booking with you guys once again!
