We would use you again. Service is easy to book and tailor. Follow ups were useful and not intrusive.
Not Like:
When booking I had to keep going to tripadvisor to look at the 'true' quality of the hotel and it's facilities. This is fine, just made the whole process take longer.

This is not the first time i have used Travel Online, i actually think it is the third or fourth time?! I continue to go through Travel Online as the pacakge deals are very competitive, the payment options are convenient for me, it's easy, and if I have had any concerns staff are always very helpful and respond quickly - either by phone or email.

I would use and have recommended travelonline to friends. While we were in Bali we told a lady we met told her friend in Australia to login to travelonline and book a flight from Brisbane to Bali and she turned up a few days later. Jon well done. Thanks

Travel was completely hassle free. Every stop had someone waiting to direct us which was fantastic. After spending quite a lot of money on food we would be looking for a better accommodation/food package next time.
