All went very well the moment we stepped in the boat Heron. Everything was taken care of. From our luggage to our meals. They were very organised. Staffing were friendly and we pretty much were left to ourselves to enjoy the island and all that it is to offer.

I was hesitant at first to deal with an "online" service preferring historically to work with a travel agent but after seeing the huge difference in price decided to give on-line a go.
I was not disappointed ! I could not fault any of the organisation!

All details of the flights,accommodation, travel insurance, transfers etc went off without one single problem. When I had a question I received a response quickly and efficiently and on the one or two occasions where I really needed to speak with someone I was able to reach a "real person".

My one suggestion would be a few more contact points before travel....this would give the feeling of reassurance to those using your service and help them feel they have booked a holiday and not just an online event.

I would absolutely recommend you to friends and will use you again in the future.

Excellent service

Thank you for the service you provided.There was just one hitch,on arrival at Daydream we expected adjoining family rooms.We were given rooms at the opposte ends of the resort.I cannot find my booking so I do not remember what was actually booked.When we went to long Island we did have adjoining rooms which was so good with 2 little boys going back and forth.Anyway,after a short time we were given rooms next to each other which the day manager said was an upgrade,as they overlooked the water,where the ferries came in.
I was very happy with the prompt replies to all our questions and we would certainly book holidays with you again.Thank you Emma.

Emma efficiently organised our complete Fiji holiday including flights, accommodation, insurance and transfers. Was able to accommodate a late change in date for us keeping costs to a minimum. Emma or her colleagues were always available via email to answer any questions. Would use TravelOnline again next holiday and recommend this service to others.
