excellent service - vouchers provided were of good use, timely paper work etc. Should have been better if could have given some information about hotel rooms which are not worth staying- a feedback has been sent.

No delays in service - with a can do attitude that's looks after the customer needs. call backs were on time as promised and we felt like our concerns had priority even though I'm sure there were bigger issues to deal with.
