Hi there,
Overall, service was great but the only thing I would have liked was to have been given the chance to request seats on the plane - we were all put in the middle and we would have loved to have had 2 x 2 seats by the windows instead. I tried to change this online 24 hours prior but seats were already all full so we weren't able to. It would have been great just at the time the agent is booking the seats to have been asked if we had a preference. Thanks for everything.

this was our second holiday booked through travel online and we were very happy once again, excellent prices and service, we were very happy with fusion holidays who picked us up when we arrived in bali, the driver was Made Winata, he was very polite and helpful, he organised to visit us the next day to see if we wanted any tours through his company, which gave us the opportunity to look into prices for what we wanted to do, when Made Winata met us he was not pushy with telling us what to do, he accepted what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and his price was extremely competitive, we had a wonderful day on our tour and would not hesitate to do a tour with him again, we are looking at a family holiday for august and will be in touch with travel online in the next few weeks for some quotes, hopefully we will be happy with your companys prices and we can book our third holiday with travel online, thanks again for a fantastic price and smooth travel organisation...mark and judith toole

I had problems with my initial booking on the net, but once I called I was able to speak with someone and they helped finalising the booking. The problem with many services on the internet is that it is virtually impossible to speak with a person if you have trouble booking or finding information, so I was very pleased to see that Travelonline actually have people there to help.
All travel documents were sent to me immediately and all information was correct, so our impression of the service was good.

Idalilly Patterson was most obliging at all times in regard to Package deals & further enquiries.She had a very pleasant manner & I would happily request travel plans thry Ida again

We had never heard of Travelonline, but we are very happy with the holiday we selected. The website is simple to navigate, and yet very complex with options to choose from. A combination that is hard to achieve.
Because we had never heard of Travelonline, we tried to compare the package with the major travel agents, and they could not compete on price or offer as many extras.
100% guaranteed to have us return to book our next holiday, and we spoke to other guests at Outrigger about how happy we were with our package deal.
Outrigger is an excellent choice for anyone, especially families. We cannot fault their service and hospitality. They effortlessly proved why they are a 5 Star resort.
