From the moment we received the email about the special for our trip to Bali, the service from On Line has been excellent. Our driver was on hand to meet us at the airport in Bali and spoke excellent English. He was again waiting for us to return us to the airport on the night we left. Our room was ready at the hotel we chose when we arrived at 1pm and we were given a very late check out. Service in every department was excellent.

Highly recommended! Explained what\where we required and it was sorted out with no hassle! Would recommend to anyone.

We have used Travel online 3 times. All three times they have most extremly easy to deal with and very professional. You can include as little or as much as you want in your quote. No issues when we have reached our destination. Great way of booking a holiday.

Prompt response to email when away due to no transfer being booked as requested. But was resolved and very happy with the service.

The only issue was that was I wasn't made aware of that you couldn't combine kids eat free and the $200 voucher.. (as I simply got two travel vouchers..) but the Resort fixed that up at the end with Fusion Holiday itself...

But again Rebecca was GREAT!!

ALL GOOD - from the ease of booking and communication addressing any concerns before we left, through to the use of voucher with selected companies in Bali (the white water rafting with Dewati was outstanding and so simple to organise when in Bali, from the voucher sent from travelonline). It's the fourth time my family has used travelonline to book and I'll gladly use them again.
