Amazing service!!! Definitely will rebook with travel Online again.

I would definitely book through travel online again. They booked us into a quality hotel which met all of our needs. Lisa was amazing and so was Woonsen (the Thai lady who organised all our tours and trips while we were there). Both were very patient and tolerant and put up with our constantly changing itinerary. Thanks to travel online we had the best holiday.

Great service. We were a bit worried because the deal seemed to good to be true. Is the resort fee really included? Will we get the worst room in the hotel? We needn't have worried. Everything went smoothly. No hassles at check in. We were happy with our room on the 21st floor. We would be happy to use Travel Online again.

Our last holiday was booked through a travel agent and we had problems and I was not happy about having to go through that again . I liked the idea of special packages to pick from which you usually dont get by booking on line. There booking process was very smooth and the package was great value. There was no problems with the arrangements and options in the booking with airline, transfers or resort. It is really good that after we made the booking online, that we were contacted by travelonline travel agents.
