I did have one slight issue with an attachment that didn't come through but other than that it was so easy to book. I didn't even have to leave my house. I like the way I can do different quotes to compare before going ahead. Have told my friends about how easy I was.

I liked the personal touch of being able to talk to the assisting staff and ask questions. They also rang the resort to check on some details before we left. The service was very prompt and efficient with vouchers all sent through very soon after we had booked and paid. One time change had to be made but that was minor and rectified immediately. All aspects of the trip went smoothly and I thank all staff concerned for their service.
