This is our second year using Travel Online to book our holiday accom and would not hesitate using again in the future.

We have booked twice now through travel online and have had two very happy family holidays. The service is great and the very efficient team of people have always been eager to assist in our booking. We will definitely use travel online again.

I would 100% book again with travelonline. The staff are very professional and organised. It is great to be able to select everything you want in a holiday and either delete or add when you know exactly what you are paying for. Well Done Travelonline it is the only way to seriously book a holiday. All I did was select what I wanted and the rest was sorted. We found Travel-on-Line very efficient! I loved the calculator to work out the cost when enquiring. All information was correct and sent out efficiently, there were no nasty surprises!!

Thank you so very much to Travel Online for organising our trip to Merlin Beach Resort in Phuket. Having stayed at the property over 10 times, I was looking for the most economical deal I could find and Travel Online definately delivered that for us. I will say I was a little nervous however, our booking was smooth and swift and on arrival at Merlin Beach our check in with the voucher provided was swift and uncomplicated.
I will certainly be utilising the company again and I have already started looking for my next adventure on the website!

The property we stayed at was going through refurbishment and their pool was shut down. We received an email about this but no one replied to our query.
Other than this we were happy with the service.

I made a urgent request~ Even though Emma was off, the other staff Clark repky my request within the shortest time! I am very impressed.

Just one thing to improve : within the email, could you please use the titles like Mr./ Mrs. More often rather than ' hi there' please~Sorry a about being fussy~ however I believe this will help you improve your business in the future~ thank you~
