The team, especially Annaleise, we're always responsive and very patient as I planned and booked our entire honeymoon to Vanuatu with them. Her recommendations for accommodation and order of activities was spot on. even while away on the trip, we had some questions and ran into an issue with a cancelled flight, and Annaleise was immediately responsive and helped to resolve it very quickly for us. Would definitely book again through travelonline.com and refer to friends also. TTF transfers and tour guides (especially Solomon) we're always professional and very informative on Fijian custom, tradition and culture.

We would definitely use TravelOnline again. Every thing went to plan and was so simple to organise. I made a couple of phone calls to them just to check some details, for my own peace of mind, and even though I did not get to speak to Rochelle, the consultants i spoke to were fully aware of our arrangements and were very helpful and everything was already in place.

The service provided by Annaleise could not be faulted. This is the 2nd time i have used her to book our holiday and wouldn't even think about going anywhere else.
