We wish to thank Annaleise personally for her attention to detail especially when our flight were cancelled and she arrange alternative transport at such short notice to get us to our final destination.

only complaint is that our seats hadn't been selected on our flight and we couldn't sit together - i would normally do this online when booking, but thought it had been done for us as we had booked through travel onlne

We needed to change holiday destination with less than one month to spare. Amy did an amazing job in helping us rebook our holiday from a Fijian island to a luxery apartment in Airlie Beach. Amy's suggestions were very helpful.

I couldn't fault the service supplied by Travel On-Line. Danielle, you are brilliant at your job. It was great to have you at the end of the phone/email and I always had immediate responses which made our holiday very enjoyable.
We had a very,very, VERY great time.
the Melanesian Hotel (Orchid rooms -poolside) were excellent. The staff were very accommodating, and are a lovely people.
Just for your 'info' Air Vanuatu really need to get serious about whether they are an airline or not, because their service this time compared with 5 years ago is a complete JOKE. Having to use Virgin to get home made a 3.5 hour trip turn into a 9+ hour trip, and with families of small children well................

Everything went very well.

Our booking was so easy, our quote was emailed through very quickly. We made several changes, which were done quickly and were no issue. After payment our documents were emailed straight through, we didn't have to do a thing! Our holiday was also a great price, so we will definitely book through Travel Online in the future.
