I was really impressed with TravelOnline. Everything was organised seamlessly. No issues with anything - it was such a deal I was sure it was too good to be true. Accommodation was perfect. All transfers were great and all the added extras were great - my daughter loved the ice-cream card. I would definitely book through TravelOnline again.

Our consultant was always available to help from the first inquiry to the final stage of booking both through email or phone call. When we had difficulties booking a day tour in Fiji our consultant was able to quickly get it sorted for us before we left.

Excellent service from Nicole. This is our second or third booking via TravelOnline to our travels to Bali and Phuket.
I am sure that we will book again for end of July 2025 via Nicole as we are waiting for a good deal on the Best Western BangTao beach for end of July 2025. This hotel was very good to accommodate us on a first floor (as my wife has a need operation and the hotel does not have a lift.
