The service supplied by the staff at TravelOnline was exceptional.
It was the easiest holiday we have ever booked. We travelled to China and Hong Kong last year with a different travel service and the service supplied by Annaleise was by far superior to any we have had from previous travel consultants.

We will definitely be using TravelOnline for our holiday next year.

I have used TravelOnLine many times, as i have found them to be very helpful and always went that extra mile to find you a good deal.
Also if you need to call them the is always someone there to talk too. I have been very happy with their service and will be using them again.

I'm so sick of incompetent businesses. However Travelonline operate a professional agency leaving no stone unturned. Everything has been considered, everything is clear and simple to understand and the entire system is seamless. Excellent details given on properties, size, location, bedding, room sizes and no. it accommodates etc. etc. Their step by step booking system on line couldn't be easier. I honestly cannot fault the service. Annaleise responded to my emails promptly and was excellent. If the price is right, I would not hesitate at all to book again with Travelonline and highly recommend them.

Great communication and a fantastic price. I was very pleased with how easy it was to book a trip, compare prices for different options and all at a rate better than anywhere else could offer. I had some additional requirements for the transport with my children which the team took care of. I had a perfect holiday with my family thanks to your service.

So easy to plan a trip online through these guys. So glad I chose to book via travel online and will defiantly use them again.

We booked on a Sunday and got a prompt return e-mail to let us know that office was unattended at the moment, but as soon as someone is there they would contact us again, which did happen with a letter to say the booking was made and paid for and all was done. We most certainly would recommend this service to family and friends. Was a great short break away from home, very enjoyable.
