The package I got for my hotel in Fiji was very good value (especially when I discovered while we were there just how much we actually saved by having the kids meals included). Very happy.

Our initial accommodation request was unavailable but when a cancelation was received you contacted us immediately to ask if we wanted to take room and as a result we were received our first preference in relation to accommodation.

I was very happy with the service and contact with TravelOnline - thanks heaps Natalie ... it took a bit of co-ordination on our side to manage to get six adults to agree to dates etc across the three rooms booked - but we got there. Your assistance was very much appreciated and made it very easy.

Travel Online comprise of a very efficient and professional team. No question was left unanswered and our holiday was perfectly coordinated. With the email contact, it ensured that all of our information was always accessible and the team supported each other well if our consultant was not available, indicating their transparent processes. The trip to Fiji organised by Travel Online was hassle free, starting with our flights, to transfers to our amazing accommodation and tours. Everything was confirmed and planned which meant that all we had to do was experience the Fijian Hospitality given to us by our hosts. I wold highly recommend Travel Online to prospective customers.
