Although the online booking process is impersonal, I have never had an issue with utilising Travel online. The online quotes are a great function. Every time I have submitted a query, Michelle has been the contact person for the quote. On occasion I have had a query, and have received a prompt email addressing my query whereby Michelle has been the author of the email. The process of booking is very easy to use. I have never had an issue with what the packages have included either. What I have received on the itinerary has been what I have received. All positive experiences here thanks. I will utilise Travel Online again.

We had a brilliant time in Fiji-- loved everything, the accommodation, the perfect weather, the friendliness of everyone. The resort was first class. We loved the day cruise around the islands and had a good time with all our friends. Emmy's wedding was exquisite-- you would have loved it-- and the Reception could have gone on forever. We have already responded to a feedback to the Sheraton and have given them high marks.
